These terms describe the use of the website operated by MOA Systems Inc. at killallkeyboards.com. They apply to this website and its forms, not to the purchase or use of a future device.

The website and waitlist

The website shares information about work in development and lets you express interest in updates or careers. Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, preorder or reservation and does not guarantee a device, a place in a launch, a price or a delivery date.

Statements about future products describe our current intentions and beliefs. Plans, features and timing may change. Any future purchase will be subject to the terms presented at that time.

Applications

Submitting a careers form expresses interest in working with us. It does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer. Please provide accurate information and submit only material you have the right to share. Do not send confidential information belonging to a current or former employer or another third party.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate someone else, submit malicious content, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems or other people’s information.

Content and submissions

Website content belongs to MOA Systems Inc. or its licensors, except where otherwise identified. You may view the website and share links to it. These terms do not transfer ownership of our content or of material you submit. We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and third-party links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is complete or current. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your statutory rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website develops. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Changes are not intended to apply retroactively.
