Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MOA Systems Inc. handles personal information collected through killallkeyboards.com and its waitlist and careers forms.

What we collect

For the waitlist, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. For careers, we collect your selected role, why you want to join, your email address or social profile, and any optional answer about your work or experience. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information belonging to someone else.

Our hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs when you visit or submit a form. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to contact you about our work, product updates and availability. We use application information to evaluate your interest in a role and contact you about recruiting. Applying does not subscribe you to the waitlist.

We also use information as necessary to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, respond to requests and meet legal obligations.

Who processes it

The website and its submission endpoints run on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in our self-hosted Supabase database on Hetzner infrastructure. These providers process information to deliver their services. People working on our behalf may access information where needed for the purposes above. If we correspond by email, email service providers also process that correspondence.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable protections. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts that we have added. Our forms do not require advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process technical requests for delivery and security. We do not use website submissions for targeted advertising or sell them.

We do not currently change website behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including managing the waitlist, evaluating applications, resolving disputes and meeting legal recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the type of information, the status of our relationship and applicable requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion where information must be retained for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can leave the waitlist or ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing falcos@stanford.edu. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

The website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and change the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
